Singer-and-actress Jessica Simpson is expanding her clothing and accessories collection with her signature line of prom dresses.The ‘Blonde Ambition’ star, who has covered every aspect of the wardrobe with her $1 billion clothing label, has collaborated with the US wedding outfitters David’s Bridal to release the special occasion gowns, OK! magazine reported.And the blonde beauty is keen to bring her red carpet fashion to her fans with the gowns ranging from $139 to $229.”Inspired by the fabulous designer gowns I’ve worn to red carpet events, my affordable collection is designed to fit and flatter a variety of body types and help girls achieve their own red carpet style for prom,” said the 30-year-old star.

She has dismissed rumours that she will be joining the judging panel of the US version of ”The X Factor”.Simpson is the latest star said to be in considerations for a role on the programme, but she’’s moved swiftly to deny the speculation, reports the Daily Express.In a post on her Twitter. com page, she writes, “Just to clear up a rumor… I am NOT going to judge X Factor!!! I don”t even know where that info came from.”Other stars who have also been linked to the judging roles in the show include Katy Perry and Kelly Rowland.
