Lindsay Lohan Sued Over Tanning Bill

Lindsay Lohan’s legal woes seem to be never ending as the troubled actress has been hit with a lawsuit over an unpaid tanning bill.

Tanning Vegas owner Lorit Simon claimed that he spray-tanned the freckled-face actress from 2007 to 2009, but has not received any payment so far.

According to a lawsuit filed in Nevada last week, the ‘Mean Girls’ star has been asked to settle the USD 41,031 debt coupled with legal fees and interest, TMZ online reported.

It is not the first time the 24-year-old actress has been sued by Simon, who accused her back in 2009 of stealing the formula of her tanning spray and selling it under her Sevin Nyne label.

The spray tan lawsuit comes at a bad time for Lohan, who recently grabbed headlines on suspicion of stealing a designer necklace from a boutique in California.
