Emma Watson Wins Style Icon Trophy At Elle Awards

She was voted the best dressed woman recently and now ‘Harry Potter’ star Emma Watson has bagged the style icon trophy at the Elle Style Awards.

Watson, who shot to overnight fame with her role as Hermione Granger in the wizard franchise was handed the top accolade at the British publication’s annual event for her daring cropped hairstyle, a website reported.

The 20-year-old actress, who chopped off her blonde locks after wrapping up the final installment in the series was thrilled to win the prize which celebrates the most fashionable stars.

“It feels amazing. Fashion is something that I love. I try not to think about it too much. I try and block all that off and I just do what I love and just have fun with it. I’ve definitely been feeling the pressure a bit more recently but it’s just fun for me,” said Watson.

The actress, who is no stranger to fashion has also launched her own eco-friendly collection and is one of the muses of designer Karl Lagerfeld.
