Remember the Good Ole Days? When Khloe Kardashian-Odom’s musings about her wide thighs and inflated waistline weren’t front page news, Scott Disick was nothing other than another Patrick Bateman doppleganger with a bad case of douchebaggery, and Kim Kardashian was just a barrell-hipped blip on the Hollywood radar?
We believe they called it 2006…..
Back then, The Kardashian Klan were better known for being Paris Hilton hanger-ons than brand-building Tinseltown trendsetters with a reality TV empire at their disposal. Now that the tide has changed and PH can’t buy the pop culture exposure that Kim and Co. have at their fingertips, the socialite admits that her once iron-clad bond with the heiress has faded into the sunset.
“We don’t really talk. As I always say, everyone comes into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. And she was in my life for a long time,” Kim, 30, tells the March issue of Harper’s Bazaar Magazine, which features the sex symbol paying homage to screen gem Elizabeth Taylor.
Kim notes that while she and Paris had a ball traveling the world together, and she “learned a lot” from the waify star, the friendship simply ran its course.
“There comes a point in life where you just grow apart and you realize you’re not as similar as you thought. And I never run into her anywhere. Isn’t that so weird?”
