Hot on the heels of a uber-successful opening for his concert film, Never Say Never, the restaurant chain has decided to gift Justin Bieber with free Appetizers for life, entitling the star to an assortment of grub at any Hooters restaurant in North America. He even gets a nifty meal card!
The Biebs, as you may recall, caused a frenzy when he dropped in for hot wings at a Toronto-area Hooters location last September.
