The dimpled songstress Cheryl Cole will win a $ 1 million deal to advertise Pepsi, only if she gets the role of a judge on the American version of ‘The X Factor’.
The soft drink giant is said to be keen to shoot a multi-million pound advertising campaign featuring Cheryl, which would see her face splashed across billboards right across the States and help her quest to become a household name across the pond.
The contract would be an extension of Pepsi’s existing promotional deal with The X Factor, which Simon Cowell secured last year, said to be worth $60m.
However, Cheryl, who is currently working on her duet with Ellie Goulding, isn’t hoping to win the deal. “She would love it but she knows it could easily be someone else on that poster”
The American X Factor will launch in September.
