Shahid Kapoor Filming at Gwalior Airbase For Mausam

After the exhilarating experience of flying a F-16IN Viper at Aero India 2011 in Bengaluru, Shahid Kapoor started filming for his romance drama Mausam at an Indian Airforce base in Gwalior starting Wednesday, February 16.

Sonam Kapoor is not part of this schedule. Producer Sheetal Talwar confirmed it to Bollywood Hungama.

"All I can tell you is, we are now shooting all the scenes of Shahid's as an air force pilot in the next one week."

Gwalior is home base for the IAF's fleet of Mirage 2000 aircraft, but there is no news so far if Shahid will be seen flying the aircraft.

Sonam had earlier filmed her parts in Gwalior before the Mumbai schedule in September. Shahid was not part of the shoot at that time.

Shahid Kapoor, who plays an IAF fighter pilot in the film, recently made news with his F16 sortie during Aero India 2011 in Bangalore becoming the first Bollywood actor to ever fly a fighter aircraft.

Shahid had earlier filmed at a Scotland fighter airbase. He was shown getting into a RAF Tornado aircraft, but didn't fly it.

"Morning all heading to the air base in my G suit .... 4 tornados to be used for shoot today !!" he tweeted on July 27, 2010 and posted the photo below of the fighter jets.
