Anna Nicole Smith’s estate is reportedly considering legal action over the new ‘Anna Nicole’ opera in London. Larry Birkhead, the father of Smith’s young daughter Dannielynn, has told US website TMZ that her family are not happy about the opera, which recently debuted at the Royal Opera House in London. The opera follows Smith’s eventful life and Eva-Maria Westbroek is taking the lead role while Alan Oke is playing J Howard Marshall. Birkhead told TMZ that Smith’s family were not contacted by producers of the show and he was not offered an advance screening. He said that the opera is ‘a sleazy tabloid’. He added that the estate is looking at their legal options. Birkhead said: “If [the producers] are not careful, they’ll get more than diet pills in the mail.”
